Machine and plant operators prepare work processes, check machine functions on test benches and put production machines into operation. They monitor the production process and control and monitor the flow of materials. They also carry out quality-related measures and document the production data. They are introduced to their tasks step by step by their trainer and our experienced employees. After completing their training, there are many further training opportunities, such as becoming a technician or master craftsman.
