Junior Manager Technical Development (m/f/d) Full-time

• Planning and execution of practical trials in our pilot plant (hand-filling test with hard capsules, tablet test, coating trials, mixing trials of powders and oils, etc.)
• Examination of intermediate and final products (e.g., weight, dimensions, abrasion, disintegration, hardness of capsules and tablets)
• Support and approval of machine tests and initial production.
• Coordination of machine tests and initial production runs (e.g. capsules, tablets, mixtures, stick fillings):
  – Organization of required samples via purchasing or suppliers
  – Commissioning, evaluating and documenting production trials
  – Developing solutions to problems in collaboration with production
• Implementation and documentation of stabilization measures within the development process
• Examination of raw material properties and related documentation
• Support in the development of new methods
• Production of powder and oil mixtures, e.g. for tastings
• Inventory management of sample warehouses
• Support of sensor panel

• Training as a chemical-technical, pharmaceutical-technical assistant or chemical laboratory assistant, or comparable training
• Solid, multi-year experience in the development or production of a food manufacturing company
• Confident, routine use of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of an ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
• Independent, analytical and results-oriented work style
• Conceptual and process-oriented thinking
• Customer-oriented and cost-conscious action
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as excellent teamwork skills
