Your tasks

We need your support

Supporting the team in the following areas:

  • Complaints Management:
  • Audit management
  • Supplier management

This includes:

  • Recording, processing, root cause analysis, action tracking and documentation of internal, customer and supplier complaints
  • Planning, conducting and monitoring of internal audits, and potentially external audits.
  • Supplier documentation management: inquiries, evaluation and maintenance of documents
  • Communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Support with other tasks of the team, e.g. audit preparations, project- or topic-related collaboration
  • Outlook – our goal with you: Independent management of your area of ​​responsibility

your qualification

This will convince us

  • Ideally, experience in quality assurance/control at a GFSI-certified food company.
  • Training/studies in the food sector are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
  • Career changers are welcome, provided you enjoy learning new topics.
  • Ideally, training/education as an internal auditor.
  • Careful, structured and analytical approach
  • Independent and self-reliant work style
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and proactive communication
  • Safe handling of Office M365
  • Well written and Spoken English skills
