- Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high-intensity exercise, particularly during high-intensity, high-speed training. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
- Magnesium and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
- Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Folic acid (vitamin B9) contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
