Omega-3 fatty acids are vital for the human body. There is an increased need for them, especially during pregnancy, but also during breastfeeding, to ensure adequate nutrition for the mother and the fetus or infant. EPA and DHA not only promote the development and function of the eyes and brain of the (unborn) child. Mothers also benefit from adequate nutrition, especially with DHA, which supports brain function.

833 mg algae oil
125 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)
250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
800 mg MCT oil (coconut oil)
633 mg olive oil
12 mg vitamin E
15 µg (600 IU) vitamin D
With orange and raspberry flavor
Optionally also available in our PUUUR line and/or with other carrier oils, e.g. chia seed oil.

Minimum Order Quantity
For example, the recommended intake of 1 portion per day meets the conditions for the following health claims according to Regulation (EU) 432/2012:
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding, DHA container support the normal development of the brain and eyes of the fetus and infant at a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA.
- The positive effect on vision and brain function occurs with a daily intake of 250 milligrams of DHA.
- Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin D has a role in cell division.
