We at Goerlich Pharma GmbH attach great importance to the protection of your data and of your privacy. To ensure that you have comprehensive information on the collection and use of any personal data on our web sites we ask you to take note of the information listed below:

Storage of access data

Each time a user accesses a Goerlich Pharma GmbH web page or retrieves a file, access data concerning this event is stored in a log file on our server.. Each data set includes the following:
• the page from which the file was retrieved
• the file name
• date and time of retrieval
• data volume transferred
• the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
• a description of the web browser used.

The stored data is solely evaluated for statistical purposes and no data is passed on to third parties, either for commercial or non-commercial purposes. If and when the web site offers the possibility of submitting personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) this data is submitted by the user on an expressly voluntary basis. This data is treated confidentially, too and is not passed on to third parties. It will not be linked with the access data listed above, either. Users have the right, on application and free of charge, to obtain information about any personal data stored relating to them. In addition, they have the right to demand that any of this personal data be corrected, disabled or deleted, in accordance with legal requirements.

Communication by e-mail and contact form

If you communicate with us either by e-mail or via our contact form, we will store your name, your contact data and the content of your request to enable us to reply. Please note that, by default, your data is not protected during transmission on the Internet and may theoretically be subject to access or alteration by unauthorised third parties.. If you are in doubt please use either our postal address or our FAX number to submit confidential information.
This data will not be circulated to any third parties without your consent. We may use your data at a later date in order to inform you about any news or further offers. If you disagree with this you are welcome to let us know at any time. Should you wish to contact us by e-mail please note that the content of any unencrypted e-mails may be accessed by third parties. We therefore recommend that any confidential information be either encrypted or sent by postal services.

Privacy with regard to Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing them other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address will be first transfered to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address that your browser conveys within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google.

Liability for Content

Pursuant to section 7, para. 1 of TMG (Telemediengesetz – German Tele-Media Act). We as service providers are liable only for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to

monitor external information provided or stored on our web site. Once we have become aware of as specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liabiliy concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.

Limitation of liability for external links

Our web-site contains links to web-sites of third parties („external links“). As the conent of these web-sites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content.
